English 12D:  Class completed questions on Third Period/Overtime for "Finnie Walsh"; read "The Drunkard".  Questions 1,2,4 & 8 to be completed for tomorrow.  Students who missed the in class paragraph on "Just Lather" should make arrangements to write this paragraph.

English 12A:  As for English 12D.

English 10B: Class worked on Compound Sentences and subordinate clauses.

English 11C:  Class discussed the question on the novel to page 32.  Read "The Third Expedition" and began viewing a dramatization of this chapter of "The Martian Chronicles".
Rough copies of the research essays were handed back.  Due date for good copies is Friday, Oct. 26.  This assignment must be successfully completed as it meets several of the essential learning outcomes for the course.
